There are so many ways to do any pose. Sometimes YOUR pose is not what your teacher calls out and that’s OK. When you come across a pose that doesn’t feel good, examine why - where do you need support, what areas feel tight/compressed/overstretched etc., is your breath compromised? Then spend some time or have a conversation figuring out if and how you can modify it. Here are just a handful options for revolved triangle pose with one block. Imagine if you added a blanket or the wall or another person! Make the asana (posture) practice your own. Your body, your meditation, and your off-the-mat practices will appreciate it.
