Girl, look at you. You work, you serve others, and put yourself together every day. You show up even when you are stressed, overwhelmed, and fighting your own battles. You are kind and an encourager. You never give up. You are doing better than you think.

Aww, you deserve to hear this.

It's like, you're crushing it on the inside, even when it doesn't show.

You're handling stuff, being strong, and still being kind - that's not easy.

The thing is, maybe it's time you see yourself through your own eyes - like you're seeing a friend.

What do you think's the biggest thing holding you back from believing you're doing awesome?

I am going to be offering group therapy once or twice a week. As of now, I will be starting out offering a 6 week anger management program for teens and young adults. This is not set in stone regarding the topic yet, but this is the plan. I have several topics that are being discussed and I would love your input or if there is any interest in group therapy. It will be offered after normal business hours and each group will be limited to a certain number of participants in order for each person to be able to participate as much as possible. Just a few of the other topics that have been discussed are grief therapy, anxiety and depression, a group for parents who are dealing with difficulties in raising children, coping skills, self care, su***de survivor group, and dealing with trauma are just a few of the topics we have considered. Would anyone be interested or know someone who may have interest? Insurance will be accepted and if you do not have insurance we will agree on a feasible payment. We are trying to focus as much on mental health to reach as many people as possible who would like to attend but may not be able to for other commitment reasons. If you do not want to comment on this post, please reach out to me on Messenger to share your interest. I would also like to know what topics you would be most interested in attending. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Our mental health is so very important and we need to really focus and make this a priority. Myself included! I look forward to any opportunities in being able to help others ! 💜💚

Edited to say-
To help make therapy more accessible, I offer telehealth sessions with availability outside of traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on scheduling. I understand that work, school, family responsibilities, and daily life can make it difficult to attend appointments during the day. These options are offered so that therapy can remain a consistent and realistic part of your life—not an additional stressor—and can support you without adding pressure or disruption to your routine.

Mental health is an essential part of overall well being and every person deserves support through life’s challenges.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, anger, loneliness, and relationship conflict, not limited to a number of other challenges that affect emotional and mental health. I provide therapy for adults, adolescents, teens, young adults, older adults, and children over the age of 11 with some exceptions for younger children .
My work also includes ADHD, ADD, behavioral concerns, personality disorders, and more. I welcome everyone and am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space for people from all communities and diverse populations. You will be met with compassion, respect, and understanding exactly as you are.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. Getting started is often the hardest part—but asking for help is not a weakness. It is an act of courage, strength, and self-care.
You deserve to feel heard.
You deserve support.
You deserve space to heal and grow.
If you’re ready or even just beginning to consider therapy, I am here to walk alongside you.

🌿 Your Mental Health Matters. Please Read. 🍃

I want to say something important — something I hope someone out there really needs to hear today:

Taking care of your mental health is not selfish. It’s necessary. Just like you’d go to a doctor for a physical illness, it’s perfectly okay — and incredibly brave — to talk to someone when you’re mentally or emotionally struggling.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, or you just feel off — please know this:

You don’t have to go through it alone.

Therapy is not just for “crisis mode.” It’s for processing, growing, healing, and finding peace. Let’s normalize therapy. Let’s normalize asking for help. Let’s normalize saying:

👉 “I’m not okay right now.”

👉 “I need someone to talk to.”

👉 “I’m working on myself.”

There is nothing weak about that — in fact, it’s one of the strongest things you can do.

And if you’ve ever felt so low that you thought the world would be better without you — please, just STAY. 💛

I know it may not feel like it, but this moment is temporary. Pain passes. Emotions shift. Circumstances change. And healing is always possible, even when it feels out of reach.

You are not broken. You are not alone. You are not a burden.

Please stay. The world needs you here.

You matter. Your life matters. Your story isn’t over.

Just stay.

If you ever need someone — talk to a friend, a therapist, a hotline. Just don’t carry it alone.

📞 988 — Su***de & Crisis Lifeline (24/7, free & confidential)

Let’s keep having these conversations. Let’s keep breaking the stigma. And let’s keep reminding each other:

It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to go to therapy. You are not alone. ❤️

🧠 Let’s Talk Mental Health — For You and For Me 💬

As a Clinical Therapist, I spend my days helping others navigate the highs, lows, and in-betweens of life. But here’s something important I want to share: therapy isn’t just something I do—it’s something I believe in deeply, for myself too.

Mental health therapy is not just for moments of crisis. It’s for clarity, growth, healing, and simply being human in a complex world. Just like we go to the doctor for our physical health, we need to check in on our emotional and mental well-being too. None of us are meant to carry it all alone—including me.

Therapy is a space to feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re processing grief, facing anxiety, navigating relationships, or simply feeling stuck—you deserve support.

If you’re needing someone to talk to, please know you’re not alone. You can reach out to me, Lee Adams, LCSW, or connect with any licensed therapist or mental health professional who resonates with you.

Taking care of your mental health is not a sign of weakness. It’s one of the strongest, most courageous things you can do. 💛
