🌿 Your Mental Health Matters. Please Read. 🍃
I want to say something important — something I hope someone out there really needs to hear today:
Taking care of your mental health is not selfish. It’s necessary. Just like you’d go to a doctor for a physical illness, it’s perfectly okay — and incredibly brave — to talk to someone when you’re mentally or emotionally struggling.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, or you just feel off — please know this:
You don’t have to go through it alone.
Therapy is not just for “crisis mode.” It’s for processing, growing, healing, and finding peace. Let’s normalize therapy. Let’s normalize asking for help. Let’s normalize saying:
👉 “I’m not okay right now.”
👉 “I need someone to talk to.”
👉 “I’m working on myself.”
There is nothing weak about that — in fact, it’s one of the strongest things you can do.
And if you’ve ever felt so low that you thought the world would be better without you — please, just STAY. 💛
I know it may not feel like it, but this moment is temporary. Pain passes. Emotions shift. Circumstances change. And healing is always possible, even when it feels out of reach.
You are not broken. You are not alone. You are not a burden.
Please stay. The world needs you here.
You matter. Your life matters. Your story isn’t over.
Just stay.
If you ever need someone — talk to a friend, a therapist, a hotline. Just don’t carry it alone.

Let’s keep having these conversations. Let’s keep breaking the stigma. And let’s keep reminding each other:
It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to go to therapy. You are not alone. ❤️
