Haven’t posted in a hot minute on my little wellness page… it was COLD 🥶today! So, I decided to revisit an interval run program on my treadmill. Happy to say I leveled up! This was a 30min interval with a 1:2 work to rest ratio. Happy to say, I hit 7.5mph and was able to do all 8 1min intervals at that pace!! Holy crap! The last time I did this program, I think the fastest I was able to hit was 5.8 or 6! 🙌🏻🏃‍♀️

With days left to spare, I reached my 1000 workouts!
Also, learned way way way too late in the year that you can manually add workouts (yay for logged Tae Kwon Do nights!) and they count!
If you need a great workout app, I highly recommend Ifit!
