Pittie gram!! Happy Valentines Day 💘. We aren't usually the type to fall for the Valentines hype, but Mary Lou and I decided the world needed something fun and full of love from us. gave us the pittie gram idea, so we put our own little twist on it and had a little too much fun with the photo shoot.

First sensory deprivation float of 2026 today! I am amazed at how loud silence can be..the most important lesson learned in my one hour float; the tension our bodies hold reverberates at an extremely high volume. The tension held in the jaw, the tightly clenched stomach, the flexed glutes. All of this holding overrides the quiet, steady rhythm of the heartbeat. It overrides the calm. The tension takes our softness and replaces it with a constant vibration leaving our bodies and our nervous systems on high alert without the ability to come down. The silent killer.

The key take away? We can't always feel the tension, sometimes we need to get deeply silent in order to hear the havoc we are holding on to.

The goal for the following year is to practice the softening. To practice the letting go. We don't aim for perfection, we aim for awareness friends.

We wrapped up our very first retreat weekend, Healing Through Movement, this afternoon. I am beyond grateful to everyone who attended, everyone who encouraged those to attend, everyone who supported me along the way, my colleagues who have helped me make this dream come true, the amazing kitchen staff, the hardworking facilities staff and for cheering me on!

For those of you who missed this weekend, don't fret! There will be more to come! Be on the lookout for our 2026 calendar.

Surreal. It is beyond my wildest dreams that I am in a position to be able to help others heal. Thank you for trusting me.

we are hosting our very first full weekend retreat! Eeek! SO excited because this program really ignites true healing and deep connections.

Healing Through Movement is designed for those in recovery and is held in the McIver Center, Wayzata, MN October 31st - November 2nd.

The cost for this restorative weekend gathering is $325 (and YES!) there are Scholarship dollars available for those who may need financial assistance in order to attend. Please do not let finances hold you back from inquiring, this is important work.

Today Mary Lou and I celebrate 9 years together!! This little dog makes my heart absolutely melt when she smiles like this. I am proud dog mom to the BEST rescue pittie a girl could ask for. And yes, she rescued me. ❤️❤️ Here's to many more Mare Bear. Happy gotchya day!!

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there!! ❤️

I am fortunate enough to have been brought up by not just one handsome man (pictured above), but two. My stepdad Craig (not pictured here) taught me how to be creative and how to dream real big. He taught me to trust in my intuition and my mind. Dear old Dad Ric (above) taught me how to live a life full of adventure and curiosity. He taught me how to build a life I am proud of. Both of them taught me that I can achieve anything I set my mind to and the value of hard work. Words cannot express how grateful I am to still have both of these men in my life.

Thank you to all the Dads uplifting their fiercely independent daughters and teaching them not to dull their shine no for anything or anyone. Shine bright my friends, from my two Dads to you.

Join us this Sunday for our Mindfulness session of our four part Somatic Healing Workshop! Meditation has helped me to ease my mind and anxieties in the present moment while healing old wounds from the past and is an invaluable tool in my recovery journey. I am beyond happy to be able to share this experience with others that are interested!

The ability to turn our love inward and love ourselves can be challenging, most especially during hard times. On this Valentine's Day, my greatest wish for you is that you are able to love yourself for the beautiful and magnificent creature that you are. My promise to you in return is to try to do the same work I am asking of you, to love myself. Feel the love beautiful!

So today is Tuesday....which means that TOMORROW is Wellness Wednesday at The Center for Conscious Alchemy from 6-7pm!! This session is a Slow Flow practice that is open to anyone interested in moving their bodies in a safe and supportive environment.

This is a very special collaboration for me as it brings us yogis into a space of mental wellness to practice our mindful movement! What I'm trying to say is, the vibe is vibing! Come check us out, become a part of a growing community!
