this amidst the complexities of the world, I turned to my yoga practice 🧘🏻‍♀️ this morning for solace, prayers and strength.

💆🏻‍♀️ Started the day with a traditional hair oil bath, and dressed up in Indian attire, I embraced our roots rich with tradition and reminded myself to channel resilience and hope for the people in need.

sundays are meant to play catch up before the new week. I missed my workout this morning so caught up with some light run, HIIT and a light yoga wind down. It was not ideal timing even thought it was hours after lunch. But I’ll work with what I’ve got.
