The wellness aesthetic - I’ve been doing all three of these for over 8 years.

This is for men and women to balance hormones, energy levels, and give you a HIGH VIBRATION.

I know I give off influencer vibes, which is cool. But this is what I want to be influencing people to do!

For women, it’s different. We want the time to cook a dinner and clean the kitchen. To do our makeup and go to the park.

We can be smart and good at business, but handling these energies to be underpaid and violated against because of our beauty is not for everyone!

I prayed on this. God told me to rest and replenish. To heal my spirit. And stop chasing destructive people and things.

I’m his woman. He’s the only person who takes care of me. And it’s enough!

If you’re an independent woman struggling with all of this. Remember, it’s all in your mind which means you have control. Focus on have one clean space to live, breath, and think. Food that nourishes you and art forms.

Live like this and you’ll find that you’re completely whole by yourself. Everything else is just an addition!

I move like an action hero, because I watched a lot of those movies growing up.

Psychic intelligence this, power that. We were raised on that. But most people use it for bad!

When people awaken; it’s mostly bad. Psychic awareness on this planet right now - you’ll have panic attacks all day.

I pray to God to only reveal what’s necessary in the moment. I don’t see everything and I don’t want to.

God’s gift of vision can be restrained and controlled. But demonic vision or gifts acquired through wrongful practice are pretty much unmanageable and lead to destruction.

It’s okay to want psychic protection, but never rely on just yourself. I read a book about spiritual warfare from a Christian perspective. The first rule is NEVER RELY ON YOURSELF. RELY ON GOD FIRST.

It all began with daily writing and shading. My truth, spiritual downloads, and essays. It came from my heart to help humanity. And people care. My friends read my stuff. They listen to my videos. It’s serious work. Not just an influencer’s page.
