Karma Kooks Yoga & Meditation has scheduled classes coming up next week and throughout the next couple months. I look forward to starting a new journey with you in yoga.
-When we can let go of ego, we become one with the pose-
Wednesday, February 15 beginning at 9:30, Yoga with Nature, Women over 50
Saturday, February 18 beginning at 10:00, Group Yoga in the Garden
-There is a scheduled class every Saturday through March-
All classes are $10.00. Registration is required through email and a signed waiver before class starts. Have a great weekend.

This is the first year of my yoga adventure and working with nature's weather. I have new classes coming in February beginning on Wednesday the 15th for Women over 50 and then classes beginning Saturday the 18th and continuing every Saturday through March starting at 10:00. I hope you start off your new year with self care and nurturing in the garden with the Kooks for yoga. Thank you so much for following me and I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
