I found this mylar balloon in the forest at the retreat center. My first reaction was mild annoyance at the pollution and perceived lack of care people have for the environment. And then I read the balloon. All of a sudden, my reaction shifted from negative judgment to joy from receiving a positive, happy message from the universe, which made me smile, as my birthday was recently. It's so funny how our perspective can change in an instant. There's always a reframe. There's always another view.
