🌿 As a pet loss grief counselor, I want to remind you: taking care of yourself doesn’t mean moving on. It means giving yourself the support you deserve as you carry their love and guidance and presence with you.
✨ Here are 4 more reminders to hold close:
1️⃣ You don’t have to justify your grief to anyone. Your bond was real, and your grief is real.
2️⃣ Even the smallest act of self-care is still care. If all you can do today is breathe, that is enough.
3️⃣ Routines can help ground you. Returning to small daily rituals can create a sense of steadiness when everything feels uncertain.
4️⃣ Your beloved’s love didn’t leave—it lives in you. Their impact continues to shape you every day. Your relationship continues to evolve and expand.
