This is new to me so please give Grace! I am starting this to give families a chance to come together and to have fun and learn some new skills that could help them in life. There is no limit for age and no requirement to come each time. As of now this will be a free resource for families.
My plans include having parent and child bonding activities, learning yoga poses, meditation techniques, educating about vehicle maintenance, spotlight on volunteering, the list goes on. I will have volunteers come from different careers to help educate us all and then activities will follow and of course play! Each meet up will be different some just geared towards play because that’s really how kids learn best. I’d also be arranging field trips which may cost money if we are going to a pumpkin patch or bowling exc..
Lots of the meetups and field trips will be in the evening so families can come together after work and school.
I will post what each meetup/ field trip will be about in advance so you can decide if it’s something that would benefit your family.
