While I still mention Oz’s innovations in my reiki training materials, like other professionals who once had something useful to say and were leaders in their fields—cue Doreen Virtue who lives off millions in royalties but decries her entire catalog as “devil’s work”—that’s no longer the case and has not been for some time.

He was an innovator and leading light once upon a time.

That time has passed.

Welcome to Seven Sacred Breaths Integrative Healing! I intuitively moved towards integrative healing almost 20 years ago with a bottle of Rescue Remedy© and my first massage...

As a mind/body/spirit author, Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master-Teacher, National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB)-approved provider, and licensed Vibrational Sound practitioner, I share energy work and wellness through various venues, including as an author, professional speaker, wellness educator, and practitioner in private practice.

I graduated from the Mount Nittany Institute of Natural Health with over 200 classroom hours in Reflexology, Shiatsu, and Flower Essences, am a licensed and certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, and hold a Master's in English Composition/Women's Studies from VA Tech, and a B.A. in English from Villanova University.

While I enjoy formal education, I also recognize that some of our most important discoveries grow from self-inquiry and stillness.
