If you didn’t know this, you are NOT alone! Most of us were never taught about the beauty and intricacies of our cyclical nature and how knowing this can not only support our fertility, but unlock our personal power as women. 🥑 Fertile Mama, your hormones don’t need more greasy drama.

Even though the calendar still says summer, something begins to shift around this time. The light softens. The air carries the whisper of something deeper.

It’s not just the kids heading back to school. It’s not just the return to routine.

There’s something sacred about this seasonal transition.

In Chinese Medicine, this is the time of the Earth Element—a moment between seasons, a pause between the inhale and the exhale. It’s a time to come back to the center. To nourish. To ask: What do I truly need to feel supported?

Maybe your system is craving grounding. Ritual. Or just a bit more presence.
Maybe it’s time to return to your body after a summer of outward motion.

Here’s what I’m leaning into right now:
