Valentine’s Day filled my heart in ways I can’t fully put into words. 💛

Watching students light up when they realized someone was thinking of them… seeing the surprise, the relief, the joy — it’s why I started this. College can feel wonderful and overwhelming all at once, and holidays away from home can be especially tender.

Being trusted to step in with a hug, a handwritten note, homemade treats, balloons, flowers, and love from afar is something I will never take lightly.

To the families who allowed me to be their heart on campus — thank you. And to the many new families who joined the Buffalo Hugs and Heart community this week, welcome. It is truly an honor to care for your students like they’re my own. 💛

This is more than deliveries. It’s connection. It’s comfort. It’s showing up.

And I am so grateful.
