Hi… I felt it was time to properly introduce myself.

If you’ve been here for a while, you’ve probably noticed that I don’t approach skin the usual way.

And if you’re new here, welcome! 💗

I work with women who feel like their skin has changed and nothing seems to work the same anymore.
Because the truth is, your skin is not just about products.
It reflects what’s happening inside your body.
Hormones, stress, inflammation, lifestyle, your nervous system… it all plays a role.

That’s why my work goes beyond traditional skincare.

I follow a more integrative approach where we look at your skin as part of a whole system, not in isolation.

I use what I call my Integrative Skin Method™, where we assess, support, and transform.

The assessment goes beyond the surface.
It combines clinical experience, integrative methods, and when appropriate, an educational review of relevant data to better understand what your skin needs.

From there, we support the skin in a way that works with your body, and guide it toward long-term improvement.

This is not about quick fixes. It’s about creating real support so your skin can function better and look healthier over time.

I offer different ways to work together depending on what you need.
I offer hands-on sessions where I work directly with your skin, and also virtual consultations and programs if you’re looking to go deeper and take a more comprehensive approach.

If you have been noticing changes in your skin and would like to understand what's going on and take a more personalized approach, comment or DM SKIN and I’ll guide you from there 🤍

💡You’re not “dry”… your skin might be lipid depleted.
And let me tell you, I’ve been there and it’s not fun.

Have you experienced that feeling where your skin is tight…
almost like it's hard to even open your mouth?
Yeah… that.
Most of the time, that’s not just dry skin.
That’s your skin missing lipids.

And this becomes very common as you go through perimenopause, and especially after menopause.

Your skin naturally produces fewer lipids, so the barrier gets a little more fragile, more reactive, and harder to keep hydrated.

I see this all the time.
And usually, we try to fix it by doing more.
More exfoliation, more actives, more products…
When in reality, your skin is just asking for support.
Some of my favorite lipids to bring that support back are
rosehip for regeneration, jojoba because it works really well with the skin,
squalane because it’s lightweight and helps the barrier, evening primrose, especially when hormones are shifting.

But here’s something important…
👉Don’t go all in right away.
Give your skin a chance to adjust.

What I personally like to do is keep it simple.
💡Add one or two drops into your moisturizer, press it into the skin, and just pay attention to how your skin responds.

Sometimes that alone makes a big difference.
Because healthy skin isn’t about doing more.
It’s about giving your skin what it’s been missing.

If your skin has been feeling off, sensitive, or just not like itself, there’s usually a reason behind it.

Drop me a 💗 if you have experienced skin dryness!

We keep trying to force old strategies…
on a skin that’s asking for something new.

And without realizing it,
we create more resistance instead of results.
Because what worked before
was supporting a different version of you.
Different hormones, different stress levels,
different rhythms.

But your skin has changed.
And it’s not asking for more effort…
it’s asking for a different kind of support.

This is where everything begins to shift and your skin begins to respond.

Tell me… have you felt this shift in your skin lately? 💬

What your skin needs is not the same as everyone else’s.
But most people are still looking for quick fixes and surface-level solutions.
That’s where things start to fall apart.

Skin is simple, but it responds to everything.
Your stress..
Your habits...
Your lifestyle...

What’s happening beneath the surface.
It’s all connected.

This is the lens I’ve developed over decades of working with skin and studying different disciplines to help my clients create real change.
Bringing together the right tools, in the right way, based on what your skin is asking for.

Because when you support the skin properly, it responds.

This is skin wellness.

If you’re working at your desk all day… your body feels it (even if you don’t notice it right away).

I started doing this every few hours and it completely shifted how I feel during the day.
Less tension
Better circulation
Clearer mind
And I love the energy boost I get with it💃
It’s simple, but it works.

Save this so you can come back to it during your workday ✨

And if your skin or energy has been feeling a little off… this is part of the picture too.

A lot of times, it’s not just physical.

What we experience in the body is often connected to what we’ve been holding emotionally for a long time.
Stress that never fully resolves.
Tension that becomes the norm.

Emotions that don’t get processed… and slowly start showing up as inflammation, fatigue, or changes in the skin.

I’ve seen this over and over again.
As a functional wellness professional and paramedical esthetician, after working with the skin for decades, I realized something very important:
The skin responds so much better when we stop treating it in isolation.
When we look at the whole person.
Lifestyle. Stress. Nervous system. Internal balance.
Not just products or treatments.
That’s where real change begins.

This is the approach I take with my clients.
A more connected, more intentional way to support the skin and the body together.

If this resonates with you, comment RITUAL and I’ll share how I approach this with my clients.

If you’ve been noticing changes in your skin… this might be exactly what it needs 💆‍♀️

At this stage, the skin doesn’t always respond to doing more, even when you’re using good products or following all the right steps.

One of the biggest things I see is a one size fits all approach, when midlife skin is influenced by many internal factors.

That’s why it requires a more integrative, personalized way of working with it.

In my sessions, I focus on hands on, manual techniques that support both the skin and the body, using the right level of stimulation without being aggressive or overtreating in ways that can lead to inflammation.

The goal is to help the skin function better, not to force change at the expense of its integrity.

More support. Better response. Greater resilience.

✨ Designed to support long term skin health and a natural, radiant glow.

🌟I’m opening a limited number of in person sessions each week.

At 55, I see my skin very differently.

I understand that what I do every day, how I eat, how I manage stress, how I care for my body, will always reflect on my skin.

But here’s the part many people miss…
Skincare still matters, a lot.
Just in a different way.

At this stage, the skin barrier is naturally less resilient.
So doing more… layering more… over-treating…
👉 actually backfires.
It creates inflammation, sensitivity, and over time, it can accelerate the very changes we’re trying to improve.
That’s why my focus is different now:
• growth factors and PDRN to support regeneration
• topical peptides to encourage repair
• lipids and ceramides to strengthen the barrier
• and most importantly… treating my skin gently
Because the goal isn’t to “force” the skin to change.
It’s to support it so it can function better on its own.
Less aggression.
More support.
More intention.
I get asked a lot what I use, so I’ve organized my go-to skincare in one place for you.

✨ Comment LIST and I’ll send it your way.

Midlife skin isn’t complicated. It’s misunderstood.

What changed wasn’t your effort.
It was your biology.
Hormonal shifts.
Inflammation patterns.
Collagen signaling.
Changes in the skin’s foundational structure.

And these shifts happen much deeper than the surface.

Yet most advice still treats your skin like it’s 30.
That’s why I don’t approach skin with trends or random actives.

I use structure, a framework designed to address your skin through an individual lens.

The Integrated Skin Method™
Assess → Support → Transform

ASSESS
We evaluate your skin patterns, facial mapping, lifestyle influences, and when appropriate, an educational review of relevant labs.

TRANSFORM

Lifestyle, skincare, and targeted interventions are carefully selected to support long-term resilience.

The right peptide can change everything 🌟

Peptides are one of the most talked-about ingredients in skincare right now…

But here’s the truth: not all peptides do the same thing.

Some signal collagen.
Some calm inflammation.
Some help soften expression lines.
And some support overall skin repair.

When I choose a peptide serum, I’m not just looking for the word “peptide” on the label.

I’m looking at:
• Which specific peptide is included
• What its mechanism of action is
• Whether it fits the skin’s current needs
• And how it interacts with the rest of the routine

Because midlife skin isn’t just about “more actives.”
It’s about the right signals at the right time.
If you’re using a peptide product right now, tell me which one 👇

Or comment SKIN-START if you are confused and would like some clarity 💡

I’ve seen trends come and go.
I’ve watched ingredients become overpromised miracles.
I’ve seen quick fixes rise… and fade.

But when I entered my 40s, something became personal.

My skin felt thinner.
More reactive.
Less resilient.
The treatments that once worked… didn’t feel the same.

And that’s when I stopped asking,
What product should I use? What treatment should I try?

And started asking,
What is happening underneath?

That question changed everything.

It led me deeper into biology.
Hormones.
Inflammation.
Nervous system regulation.
Metabolic shifts.

I realized surface treatments and skincare are only part of a much bigger puzzle.

Real change begins deeper.
So I integrated it.
I brought my hands-on skills together with functional wellness.

I studied. I refined. I built a method that honors both:
the skin and the whole woman.

Now at 55, I don’t just treat skin.
I support terrain.
I support resilience.
I support longevity.

This is who I’ve become.

Have you felt your own evolution begin?

Stress doesn’t just affect your mood, it can literally steal your hormones.
Here’s what happens 👇

Cholesterol is the backbone of all steroid hormones.

It first converts into pregnenolone, the “mother hormone.”

Pregnenolone is supposed to branch into estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

But under chronic stress, your brain sends a signal (ACTH) to prioritize cortisol production instead.

This is called Pregnenolone Steal.

That’s why many women in midlife notice changes they can’t explain:

⚡ Fatigue / low energy

🌙 Insomnia or restless sleep

🔥 Hot flashes / night sweats

🧠 Brain fog / poor focus

💔 Low libido

😮‍💨 Anxiety or feeling “on edge”

🌀 Mood swings / irritability

🍽 Weight gain (especially belly)

🦴 Bone or joint aches

🩸 Lab changes (low estrogen/progesterone, high cortisol, high cholesterol)

✨ The takeaway: stress management isn’t just about feeling calm, it’s about protecting your hormones, your metabolism, and your vitality.
