Poor posture isn’t just about appearance.

It drains your energy, stiffens your muscles, and can trigger pain over time.

The fix doesn’t require hours in the gym, just 2 minutes at your desk.

Here are 4 quick resets ⬇️
1️⃣ Chin Tucks → Slide your head back (not down). Resets screen-time posture.
2️⃣ Scapular Squeezes → Pinch shoulder blades, hold 3 sec. Reactivates upper back.
3️⃣ Standing Extensions → Hands on hips, lean back slightly. Counters slouching.
4️⃣ Seated Figure-4 Stretch → Opens hips tight from sitting. Hold 20–30 sec/side.

Want to lift heavier and avoid injury? Warm up first.

Here’s a 3-drill pre-lift warm-up you can do in under 2 minutes:
1️⃣ Banded Shoulder Opens → Activate pressing/pulling muscles
2️⃣ Hip Hinge with PVC/Dowel → Prime hamstrings & glutes
3️⃣ Bodyweight Squat to Overhead Reach → Open hips, knees, and ankles

✅ Do 6–8 reps of each, move slow, and focus on control.

Not your ordinary Physical Therapy Clinic, so refreshing!

I've been struggling with tennis elbow caused by repetitive motion from work.

I was immediately taken under the gentle wing of the Customer Fit team to begin rehab on my elbow.

Staff is very friendly, positive and encouraging!

Happy to say that my pain has subsided!

Cutting calories works... until you cut too far.

Then your body fights back.

Here’s what happens when intake stays too low for too long:

1. Hormones shift against you.
Leptin drops (you feel less full), ghrelin rises (you feel hungrier), thyroid slows down (metabolism drops), and cortisol climbs (making fat loss harder).

2. Energy levels crash.
With less fuel, motivation dips, workouts feel harder, recovery slows—and you naturally burn fewer calories throughout the day.

I truly appreciate the welcoming and relaxing environment.

A few things really set this facility apart from my past experiences:
