The one on one for a full hour allows them to get patients better quicker with less visits than traditional PT. Custom Fit Physical Therapy provides the client with a unique, VIP experience. Our physical therapists have more than 40 years of experience. In addition to typical therapy treatments, they specialize in Primal Reflex Release Techniques (PRRT). PRRT is a new and revolutionary manual therapy approach for quick and effective treatment of musculoskeletal pain. During your initial visit our therapists will create a customized program that will allow you to achieve your personal health and wellness goals. We found Arthur on the counter at this morning, hugging a cup of coffee like it’s his emotional support beverage.

He claims it’s “just one,” but we’re not convinced. ☕️ After making snow angels yesterday, he definitely needed to warm up.

After skipping work on Friday, Arthur showed up today with zero shame… and a whole lot of sugar.

We caught him climbing inside the handmade M&M dispenser one of our wonderful patients gifted us and apparently he took “help yourself” a little too literally.
🍬 He ate every single M&M in the jar…
Except one lonely brown one he left behind like a guilty confession.

Arthur… we love the enthusiasm, but please leave some for the rest of the clinic! 😂

Our Custom Fit Physical Therapy Elf on the Shelf is at it again and today he’s getting real experimental.

Arthur got his hands on our brand-new MR4 Laser and decided to “treat” Frosty the Snowman… mostly to see if he’d melt.
Spoiler alert: he did. 😬☃️🔥

Our mischievous little elf decided he needed to “down regulate” with some PRRT, Primal Reflex Release Technique… and honestly, we can’t blame him! ✨

After working the night shift, climbing shelves, and dodging cookie crumbs, Arthur’s nervous system has been on overdrive! PRRT helps calm everything down by releasing protective reflexes in the body, leaving you relaxed, restored, and ready to take on the holiday chaos.
