Mindful Mama This vlog is my journey to find balance and to help others find motivation to do the same. Hey ya'll! My name is Grecia. I am a teacher in Texas.

I am married to an amazing man, and I am a Mindful Mama of three beautiful children. I have a teen boy, and 5 year old twin girls. One of my girls is diagnosed autistic. Let's just say that life after having twins with special needs has been tough, but a beautiful journey nonetheless. Over the last five years, I have been dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, weight gain, and other health issues. This vlog is my journey to find balance and to help others in similar situations find motivation to do the same. Here's to self-care and self-love!
