Health In Harmony Music Therapy, LLC is a private music therapy practice currently serving the Rio Grande Valley and is based in Brownsville, Texas.

Music Therapy is the use of research based musical interventions to achieve non-musical goals. Music therapy is an effective, innovative and non-intrusive form of therapy that takes advantage of the unique therapeutic qualities found in music making.

Music Therapy can benefit the following populations and conditions: children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly with mental health needs, developmental and learning disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease and other aging related conditions, substance abuse problems, brain injuries, physical disabilities, and acute and chronic pain, including mothers in labor, as well as patients that are in hospice.

A qualified music therapist holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Music Therapy, has completed 1,200 clinical hours and passed the national board certification exam set by CBMT.
