Thank you to everyone who attended and shared today's support session. I will be kicking off Snacks & Chat with Giavante this summer in person at the office. I, too, will be available to anyone who needs to talk this weekend. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

Words cannot fully express the grief and heartbreak we are feeling in this moment. Senseless violence has taken the life of an innocent child and deeply impacted so many others. For many of you, yesterday will never be forgotten, and for some, it may have reopened wounds from past experiences.

Please know my heart and prayers are with everyone affected during this difficult time. Today at 5:00 PM, I will be holding space for anyone who needs support, someone to listen, or simply a place to process and be present.
