Mission Statement
Grief Can’t Hold Me exists to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and spiritually grounded grief support to individuals and families who have experienced significant loss—especially the heartbreaking loss of a child. We create safe, inclusive spaces where people can be seen, heard, and held with care as they navigate the transition into a new reality shaped by grief. Through grief support bears, trained grief support peers, virtual groups, and healing resources, we help families build community, plant the seeds of forgiveness, honor their loved ones’ legacies, and take meaningful steps toward genuine healing. Our mission is to ensure that no one has to walk through grief alone and that every story is met with dignity, compassion, and hope.

Vision Statement
Our vision is to become a nationally recognized source of comfort, connection, and healing for families grieving the loss of a child. We envision a world where every grieving person—regardless of culture, background, or circumstance—has access to emotionally safe, spiritually grounded, and culturally aware support. A world where legacy is honored, community carries what feels too heavy to hold alone, and families can move forward with courage, faith, and the assurance that they are not forgotten. Grief Can’t Hold Me strives to transform personal pain into purpose, creating a future where healing is possible, hope is restored, and love continues to lead the way.

Yes, sometimes it just shows up and hits you without any warning. ❤️

Yes, sometimes it just shows up and hits you without any warning. ❤️

Every day, there’s that split-second when the loss slams back into them.
No warning. No buildup.
Just impact — sharp and familiar.

It’s the part of grief they never learn to outrun,
no matter how many days, months, or years have passed.

Grief can feel lonely — especially for parents and children who’ve lost someone dear. 💛

Through The Teddy Bear Project, we send Grief Support Bears wrapped in prayer, remembrance, and love to families walking through loss. Because sometimes, when words fall short, what we need most is something soft to hold… something that gently says, “You’re not alone.”

Every bear delivered is a reminder that healing is possible — one hug, one heartbeat, one box at a time.

✨ You can help. Sponsor a bear today and help us keep showing up for grief with tenderness and light.

🧸💛 Help Us Hold Tenderness This Holiday Season 💛🧸

At Grief Can’t Hold Me (GCHM), we know that grief doesn’t take a holiday. For families who’ve lost a child, the season can bring both love and ache — joy and empty chairs.

That’s why we created The Teddy Bear Project — to offer more than comfort. Each bear becomes a soft reminder that love still lives here… that their child’s memory still matters. 💫

This holiday, you can help us place a bear in the arms of someone grieving. Your kindness helps us remind families: you are not alone, and your love still holds.

🧸✨ You can donate directly through our Amazon Wishlist and help us reach more hearts:
