We're now three days into spring and the Wood element season in TCM - perfect timing for moving through stagnant energy and embracing growth despite life's chaos.

Writing this week's blog post brought up emotions I thought I'd processed years ago.

As I researched how hypervigilance affects marriages, I kept thinking: "I wish I knew then what I know now about how essential oils can support our nervous system."
