Postpartum Moms is a weekly class for moms up to around 6 months postpartum. Each week we will practice yoga and relaxation techniques, while also exploring various postpartum topics such as physical healing, sleep, relationship changes and more.
Come to connect with other moms, make new friends, or to simply enjoy some time out of the house with your baby!
These classes are the perfect opportunity to connect with other new moms from around our local communities. I want you to come and make mom friends!
The details:
✨We meet weekly, at 9:30am on Wednesdays.
✨Each class is about an hour long.
✨Each week we have a new topic, including birth, physical healing, sleep, and more! We practice some yoga and stretching, and I also teach you relaxation or mindfulness exercises that you can incorporate into your days as a new mom.
✨Each group is limited to 8 moms to maintain a small, intimate setting.
✨You can bring your baby, and you can freely feed or change your baby at any time.
✨You can bring your coffee. We have tea available for you here, and sometimes I bring snacks!
✨Mats are provided.
✨This is ideal for moms with babies 0-6 months old.
