Start with a clear or white base and add in your favorite Spotlight Scents and Mix In’s you already know and love! ❤️
These guys are actually for sale to the public and not a custom order - $7 each!
The white base is peppermint rose 🌹 , the clear base is Hibiscus 🌺 Jasmine.
