Ever deal with the pain of sciatica? Always told there isn’t much to do except maybe stretch or the physical therapy isn’t enough?

Try this exercise. I came across it and deal with Sciatica myself, tried it and it helped!

Stagger your stance and turn your toes inward. Then basically do a torso rotation, and hold for a few seconds. Repeating 10 times.

Tried this tonight and it did relieve some of the pain I normally experience.
Try it and let me know you’re results!

Degna is currently sitting at #5 on the liver transplant list. She was diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver earlier this year and things are going to still be very expensive on her end even with insurance.
