Finding a doula can feel overwhelming, so we’re making it easier!

Donuts with Doulas is a community event where expecting couples can meet multiple local doulas in one place, speed-dating style. Instead of scheduling a bunch of separate consultations, you’ll have short, low-pressure conversations to learn what doulas do, ask real questions, and see who feels like the right fit for you!

There’s no pressure to hire anyone.
It’s simply about connection, education, and making support more accessible, all while collaborating as a local birth community.

It would be an honor to support you during your pregnancy, labor, and birth. 🫶🏼 Let’s talk about some of the ways I serve moms and families:

• 2 meetings to plan your birth preferences and postpartum expectations and desires
• communication by text, phone call, or email to check in throughout your pregnancy and build a relationship
• 24 hour on call starting at 38 weeks
• physical and emotional support during labor and birth (think comfort measure options, suggestions for labor positions, ideas for labor progress, someone to support your partner…)
• general breastfeeding support
• a postpartum get together where I come to you to be a listening ear to help you review and process your birth story, provide postpartum or breastfeeding support, answer questions about newborn care, and share applicable resources, referrals, and community support

I’m so thankful to share that Grit + Grace Birth Services is partnering with Sunday Suppers Co. to serve families through postpartum freezer meals.

This season after birth is holy, tender ground—and families deserve support that feels thoughtful, nourishing, and full of care. Our prayer is that these meals help lighten the load so parents can focus on healing, bonding, and resting well.

These meals also make a beautiful and practical addition to a baby registry—a meaningful way for loved ones to support new parents long after the baby arrives.

So excited to walk this out together and serve families with intention and love. 🤍
