Whew! It's 2024, holidays are officially over. The first week of the new year officially done. Let's get to it!
I've been taking a much needed hiatus from social media, which also turned into a few weeks hiatus physically from the office as well.
We all need rest, and time to reset. Often.
This year Tasha Harris Counseling will begin to have a more active online presence and continue to work on the growth that can be incorporated for existing clients, prospective clients, and advocating for the normalization of mental health awareness and services.
I will be back in office on Monday, and if inquiries have not already been responded to, they will this week. Sorry for any inconveniences and delays. Please extend us patience and grace as it'll be a busy couple weeks for me and my assistant is a powerhouse, but can only do so much at a time.
I am accepting new clients and excited for my existing clients! We saw soooo much growth in 2023. 2024 is only going to push that growth further!
I take self pay and accept the following insurances:
Aetna
Ambetter
Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Cigna
QualChoice
UMR
United Healthcare
Optum
For questions, or if you're ready to come sit on the couch please contact me via email at contact@tashaharriscounseling, visit www.tashaharriscounseling.com , or you can call 501-213-8408 (often during business hours I'm in session, please leave voicemail and/or text if comfortable and that's the easiest way for me to get back to you).
The fastest way to contact is through email, website, and/or text since I am a small practice and business hours are when I'm in session and not usually by the phone.
Can't wait to see you on my couch, and if not mine, how you find a comfy couch with someone!
Be looking for my "Pillow Talks" throughout the weeks! 😉
Be well.
