While you are stuck inside and looking for fun activities to entertain your child - try out these kid friendly exercises that also act as gross motor skill development!

🐻 - animal walks -Call out an animal and have your child mimic how they walk from 1 point to another. This is a great overall strengthening game!

🤸‍♂️- obstacle course - use pillows, blankets, couch cushions or whatever else you can find to act as placements to create a fun obstacle course and have your child carry items to a designated place. Great for motor planning, balance and body awareness.

💃- freeze dance - Play some music and pause it randomly. Great for promoting balance, body control & listening skills!

And remember to HAVE FUN!
