No matter how hard I work, there’s always going to be someone with something to say.

But the most powerful shift in my life? I stopped listening.

People remember the version of me I used to be—the one who cared too much, who tried to please everyone, who let opinions define me. But they never took the time to get to know the person I’ve become. The one who stopped caring what others said. Who stopped worrying what they thought. The one who finally chose me.

I made my health and mental peace a priority—not just for me, but for my family. They are my foundation. My reason. Everything I do is to become the best version of myself for them.

I know I’ll be the villain in some stories and the hero in others—but that has nothing to do with who I really am. Until you’ve sat at my table and spent real time with me, it’s all just noise.

So form your own opinion—but make sure it’s based on truth, not assumptions.

My mission now is bigger than just proving people wrong. It’s about inspiring others like me—the ones fighting every day to become better, for themselves and for the ones they love. That’s where my heart is. That’s where my focus stays.

In October of 2024, I was 238 lbs. Miserable. Unhealthy. I wasn’t prioritizing my mental or physical health, and it showed. I isolated myself from everyone except my family and finally made the decision to change.I hit the gym. I sought therapy. I completely transformed—physically and mentally.January 27th of this year, I created a program designed to push me past my limits—to force discomfort so I could become the best version of myself. I started at 210 lbs. Now, I’m 193, with my goal set at 185.But this journey isn’t over—it’s just getting started. Now, my mission is to help others transform the way I did. 1. Set Clear Goals: Define what success looks like for you—whether it's losing weight, gaining strength, or just feeling healthier.

2. Start Small: Commit to 20-30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week. Walking, hiking, or beginner workouts are great to start.

3. Fuel Your Body: Focus on balanced meals with protein, veggies, and healthy carbs. Stay hydrated, too!

4. Stay Consistent: Progress takes time, but showing up for yourself daily is the secret to long-term results.

5. Celebrate Wins: Acknowledge every milestone—small or big. They all matter!
