Gathered in an atmosphere brimming with intellectual vigor, this focused discussion group, comprised of representatives from the USU Faculty of Psychology and Namira's Psychology Division, shares a common goal: to explore the factors that influence student motivation and to develop strategies for enhancing it.

Here, we delve into the psychological underpinnings of motivation, dissecting the cognitive, emotional and social variables that propel students to excel or act as barriers to their progress. Through these discussions, we aim to discover the key to unlocking an unwavering desire to learn.

Our dialogues extend beyond the exchange of ideas we also discuss programs for educational transformation. These discussions are not solely focused but infused with passion, not limited to contemplation but driven by action.

In a world where education is in constant flux, the partnership between Namira's Psychology Division and USU's Faculty of Psychology serves as a beacon of hope, illuminating the path toward a brighter and more motivated future for our students. Through this collaboration, we aspire to mold not only graduates but lifelong learners, instilling in each student a motivating spark to guide them on their educational journey.

Meet the 6th-grade student Zubair bin Awwam. Her name is Alzena Moza.
Alzena Moza is an outstanding elementary school student from Namira Islamic Elementary School. The achievements obtained such as:

- Silver Medal in Science at the Merdeka Science Olympiad POSI Event. 9th rank out of 253 participants in the Elementary 4-6 The field of Science.

- Silver Medal. 15th rank winner in the POSI Numeracy Literacy Olympiad

- Gold Medal. (2nd place) in the field of Science at the 2022 Medan Science Olympiad.

Congratulations to Alzena Moza who has excelled and made her parents and school proud. Hopefully, this post can motivate other students to excel too.

PUNCAK PERAYAAN MAULID NABI MUHAMMAD SAW 1445 H

Assalamualaikum

Maulid Nabi merupakan peringatan hari kelahiran Nabi Muhammad SAW yang jatuh pada tanggal 12 Rabiul Awal. Maulid Nabi tidak hanya sekedar pengingat sejarah bagi kaum muslim. Akan tetapi juga sebagai pengingat umat muslim dengan sosok nabi terakhir yang begitu mulia kehadirannya. Momentum kelahiran Nabi Muhammad SAW diperingati oleh seluruh umat muslim di dunia yang dilaksanakan dengan berbagai cara, seperti di Namira Islamic School.

Dalam rangka memperingati Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW Namira Islamic School menggelar berbagai macam kegiatan diantaranya perlombaan dengan tema Maulid dan diakhiri dengan acara puncak yaitu tausiyah dari Ust. Mustar Anwar, M.Pd serta penampilan dari para peserta didik seperti pembacaan ayat suci Al-Qur'an dan sari tilawah, surah-surah pendek, sholawat, asmaul husnah, syarhil Qur'an, vocal group, drama, tausiyah oleh peserta didik dan masih banyak lagi
