We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Dave Spridgeon. Dave was truly one of a kind — a great man whose leadership, wisdom, and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

As a successful businessman, he led with integrity and vision, but it was his role as a mentor and leader that meant the most to so many. He inspired others to grow, believe in themselves, and strive for excellence.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched. Dave’s legacy will continue to live on through the people he guided and the example he set. Rest easy Dave 🕊️

🧼✨ Sick season is in full swing, and one of the easiest ways to protect your home (and your health!) is by giving extra attention to high-touch areas. These are the spots we grab, tap, or touch dozens of times a day—without even realizing it.

Think:
➡️ Doorknobs & light switches
➡️ Remote controls & game controllers
➡️ Faucets & appliance handles
➡️ Phones, tablets, and keyboards
➡️ Railings, countertops, and fridge doors

A quick daily wipe with a disinfecting cleaner can seriously cut down on lingering germs and help stop the spread before it starts. For electronics, use a safe, alcohol-based wipe and avoid excess moisture.

It only takes a few minutes, but the impact can last all season. Stay healthy, stay clean, and give those high-touch hotspots a little extra love! 💪🧽

🔥🧼 How to Clean Your Heater Vents (Quick & Easy!)

Want cleaner air this winter? Your heater vents collect dust, pet hair, and allergens — here’s how to freshen them up 👇

✨ 1. Turn off your heat
Safety first!

✨ 2. Remove the vent covers
Most simply lift off or unscrew.

✨ 3. Vacuum the vent covers
Use the brush attachment to remove dust and debris.

✨ 4. Wash the covers
Soak in warm, soapy water → scrub → rinse → fully dry.

✨ 5. Vacuum inside the duct opening
Use a hose attachment to reach as far as you can.
(Just surface-level — leave deep cleaning to pros.)

✨ 6. Wipe around the outside
Use a damp microfiber cloth to remove lingering dust.

✨ 7. Reinstall the vent covers
Dry completely to avoid rust.

💨 Bonus Tip: Replace furnace filters every 1–3 months for cleaner airflow and less dust!

Winter salt can leave those annoying white crusty marks on your carpet — but you can lift them out with this simple method 👇

✨ Carpet Salt Stain Removal Hack
1️⃣ Vacuum the area to remove loose salt
2️⃣ Mix 1 cup warm water + 1 tbsp white vinegar
3️⃣ Lightly spray or blot the solution onto the stain (don’t soak!)
4️⃣ Use a clean cloth to blot + lift the salt residue
5️⃣ Rinse by blotting with plain water
6️⃣ Let it dry, then vacuum again to fluff the fibers

💡 Pro Tip: For stubborn stains, repeat once more — vinegar breaks down the salt so it can’t cling to your carpet fibers.
