Charcoal itself is not the problem — particle size is. Big, rough particles act like sandpaper. We use ultra-fine, rounded bamboo charcoal so our Booster stays under 60 RDA, which is considered safe. That level of refinement costs more — but safety comes first for us. Still, I don’t recommend using charcoal every single day. That’s why we created a Booster — you control how often you use it. Use your regular toothpaste — fluoride or non-fluoride — and just add a small amount of Booster when you want extra stain removal, without over-scrubbing your enamel.
