Health, fitness, nutrition, weight loss. Combined together it can feel overwhelming to get started. Don't know where to start, or even how to begin? Start with an assessment of what you desire.
Do you want to lose weight, breathe better, ache less, be stronger? Do you want to climb those stairs without having to stop and take a break? Do you want to feel better, less overwhelmed, less stressed?
Write it all down. Put your thoughts, desires, needs on paper so to speak. Then narrow it down to the most important, the attainable, the one that doesn't cause a small panic attack when you think about it.
That's where you start. That's where your journey begins. Then research, brain storm, commit yourself fully to that one thing. Reach out for support, assistance, others expertise. And know...you are not alone...there are always others with a similar story
