4–7–8 technique:
Inhale through your nose for 4 counts.
Hold for 7 counts.
Exhale through your nose for 8 counts.
Tip: Place a hand on your belly so you feel it rise on the inhale and fall on the exhale. Repeat 4–6 rounds.
