EASY MEAL PREP -
2 lbs chicken breast
3-4 sweet potatoes
2 cucumbers
2 bell peppers
1 bag baby carrots
Hot sauce
Slice sweet potatoes in half and bake open side down at 400, for about 40 mins. Cook chicken with 1/2 cup of hot sauce, I use an or a crock pot would be great too! Once cooked, shred and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and more hot sauce to taste. Slice cucumber, peppers, and carrots and split everything into 5 containers. Hummus, avocado, or a yogurt dip would be great to add morning of too!!
