Double hornet sting on my hand gardening and pain has all but dininished a few minutes after these two homeopathic remedies! One topical one oral repeated every minute or so until pain is controlled. Homeopathy for the win! 🙌🏻🐝

Homeopathy goes a long way during flu and cold season. I'm always looking for additional things to boost our immune systems as we recover from seasonal cold and flu symptoms. This year I have made homemade shelf-stable elderberry syrup. This will last for one year on the shelf without refrigeration. Consider making a bunch for your family and friends this cold and flu season. I have attached the TikTok video with the recipe and instructions that I followed in the comments.

It's that time of year when the hope of Spring gives me some new energy. But the state of the world is quite worrisome. Today we got our feet on the ground for a bit in some unusually warm weather and "grounding" felt so good.
