The slow, gentle movements are easily learned and can be adapted for anyone to do, and can be practiced by any age group! Many of the practices include a connection to the natural environment and to nature itself!
Qigong can be a highly effective health care practice. Many healthcare providers are recommending Qigong as an important form of complementary medicine. Qigong creates an awareness of our internal health that is not a part of western style exercise programs. As Qigong uses the Meridian system of Acupuncture, it helps remove blockages that one might not even be aware of, helping the internal organs to function properly. Adding mind intention, along with breathing techniques to physical movements, the benefits of exercise increase profoundly!
The gentle, rhythmic movements of a consistent Qigong practice can reduce stress, increase vitality, enhance the immune system, calm the mind and create harmony within ourselves, both physically and emotionally. When these aspects of our being are integrated, it encourages a positive outlook on life and helps eliminate harmful attitudes and behaviors, creating better stability of body, mind, and emotions.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that utilizes gentle touch in order to reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing. Reiki practitioners will use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the balance and flow of your energy to promote healing. ✨
