With the Olympics in full swing, they are bringing back one of our monthly challenges: “Be the Best You to Others.” They wrote uplifting and encouraging letters to the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Team!🛷

Last week Brianna Wallenhorst, MS, RDN, met with Spectrum News 1 Buffalo to talk about our latest study with University at Buffalo Child Health and Behavior Lab.

This study included 69 families, and half of those families had preloaded carts containing ingredients for a healthy meal. Throughout the study, researchers noticed an increase in parental confidence when it came to choosing nutritious options for their family. There was no added stress, meals were budget-friendly and each meal had under 10 ingredients!🍎🥦🛒

The study increased the nutritional quality of groceries for families with young children without increasing grocery costs.
