Wherever you are on your journey, trust your inner compass to get you safely to your destination. Your soul knows the way. Listen to your gut! Your intuition, if you are truly listening to it without bias, is spot on for your highest good. Meditate and be open and honest with yourself. YOU already have all the answers inside of yourself. Trust yourself! You don't need the opinions of others or anyone else's approval. Do what is best for YOU and trust that the universe has your back.

Even on a cold, rainy day in my hometown, it is important to remember everything we gain on this earth from the rain.

It often symbolizes renewal, cleansing, and divine blessing, mirroring the cycles of life, death, and rebirth—a powerful metaphor for regeneration and healing.

Rain can also represent emotional release for the soul. It encourages the letting go of burdens and the flow of emotions, similar to how rain refreshes the earth.

This is my favorite time of year, especially with the combined smell of falling leaves and the WNY grapevines.

Autumn invites us to embrace change and transformation, illustrating that every ending paves the way for new beginnings. It reminds us to appreciate the fleeting beauty in our lives, encouraging us to find grace in transition and to recognize that each season brings its own unique gifts.
