Blossom ABA Therapy is partnering with El Batey to host a fun, family-friendly Halloween Trunk-or-Treat — and we need your help to make it a spooky success! 🌱

🗓 Sunday, October 19th
📍 175 Rano Street, Buffalo, NY
🕒 3–5 PM

We’re looking for:
✨ Volunteers — help with set-up, activities, or handing out candy
✨ Donations — factory-sealed snacks, drinks, sensory-friendly items, gift baskets, or small prizes for our costume contest

Many of you may already know Cierra as one of our dedicated Behavior Technicians. Today, we’re proud to announce her growth into the role of our new Scheduling Assistant! 🎉

Cierra has shown incredible dedication to our kiddos, families, and team. Her transition into this role is a reflection of her commitment, reliability, and passion for making a difference. In addition to her BT role, she’ll now be supporting our families and staff by helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re so grateful for the experience Floreo has offered to our kiddos.They’re enjoying it so much, even their favorite stuffed animals have joined them in exploring the world of VR with Floreo! 🌍🧸

It’s been such a fun and engaging tool to incorporate into our ABA Therapy sessions, and we’re thrilled to see how naturally it aligns with one of our core values: excellence and innovation.

Every session at Blossom ABA is a step toward something greater — independence, confidence, and growth. 🌱

Our work isn't easy, and progress doesn’t happen overnight, but that’s what makes moments like this so powerful. In this session, one of our amazing little ones set up the blocks completely independently — a milestone that speaks volumes about their hard work, consistency, and trust in the process.

Our Behavior Technicians and BCBAs are always the first to clap, cheer, and sometimes even shed a happy tear 🥹 because we know just how much every small win means.

This is what makes our work so fulfilling. This is why we do what we do. 💙

Since joining our team, Catie has demonstrated impeccable professionalism, a strong commitment to collaboration, and a genuine passion for her clients' progress. Her dedication to consistent communication and teamwork has made her a valued part of our community, and it shows in the positive impact she has on the families she serves.

Catie brought with her two years of experience as a BT in Massachusetts before relocating to Buffalo. When she’s not making a difference at work, she enjoys quiet hobbies like reading, coloring, and solving puzzles. She’s also a proud cat mom to Nyx and Eros 🐾.

Catie’s long-term goal is to return to school to pursue a degree in early childhood education or child psychology, and we have no doubt she’ll excel wherever her journey takes her.
