Kinesis Kids & Strength and Conditioning Athlete Training is back, and we’re so excited to kick off our next session!
Kinesis Kids (Ages 5–10)
Thursdays 4:15–4:50 PM
This class focuses on building strong movement foundations while helping kids learn to love exercise. Sessions are fun, upbeat, and confidence boosting, with an emphasis on coordination, balance, body control, listening skills, and teamwork. Our goal is to create positive experiences with movement that set kids up for lifelong physical confidence.
Strength & Conditioning for Athletes (Ages 11–18)
Thursdays 5:00–5:45 PM
Designed for youth and teen athletes looking to improve strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. Workouts focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and building both physical and mental confidence that carries over to their sport.

Spots are limited and registration is first come, first served. Payment secures your athlete’s spot.
Coached by a certified personal trainer since 2013, Strength & Conditioning Coach for Buffalo Envy All Stars, and former Canisius College softball player, your kids and athletes are training with experience you can trust.
