When it all seems overwhelming and difficult to find our footing, it's good to remember what's really in play... So here's a balancing reminder from don Oscar's "Shamanism: Personal Quests of Communion with Nature and Creation" on the opportunity of this Middle World:

Me: It's literally so crazy, it makes ABSOLUTE sense!!

Pondering life's paradoxes is a joyful exercise in not taking one's self too seriously!

I am ecstatic to be in this journey at this particular time on the Earth plane, in this era of upheaval and chaos, not because I love struggle and discord, but because I love humanity! And the potential we have as a collective, to bring about peace through love, is like a powder keg of explosives next to a raging bon fire!

Seek the perspective of higher ground if you feel yourself being sucked into the muck! Seek out my hand reaching down to help pull you up and out! And don't worry if you slip-slide back into the pit...there are so many hands waiting to grasp on and pull you back up! And then you wait and see, when you've found your footing, you'll turn around with mirth in your eyes, and reach your own hand down to the next soul waiting to latch on to you, for a breath of fresh air, and the warmth of your sunlight!

It was an amazing weekend intensive gathering for 5 new Pachakuti Mesa Tradition initiates! We explored the origins of the tradition, created and deepened our relationship to our mesas, and learned about what it means to live right, by the concept of ayni, or, sacred reciprocity, in Q'echua.

We looked at the three worlds according to the pre Colombian indigenous cosmology teachings, and courageously stepped into the murky field of shadow work in the uhkupacha, the under world and inner world.

We journeyed to meet an animal ally, who will be able to guide and support us through this journey of becoming a Shining One.

Calling all wellness studio owners! I'm looking to fill my 2026 calendar! I am a sanctioned teacher in the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, I offer year-long apprenticeships into becoming a Shining One on the path of the Universal Shaman! I am looking to collaborate with studio owners interested in this path who would offer their space for a hoop of apprentices and in return, you would be the host, therefore your apprenticeship fee would be waived in ayni, or, sacred reciprocity.

Had the most amazing Angelic Liquid Light session last night! My client is learning the fine art of surrender, even in difficult, chaotic times. The energy that came through was vibrancy! Life affirming elixirs! Supported by the feminine energies, specifically, Quan Yin, and an appearance by Pocahontas! Her dimensional selves rose to the surface and began resonation together, the frequency of love! Time slowed, her spirit danced in the joy.
