G&G is proud to have supplied state of the art Hammer Strength selectorized and plate loaded equipment along with Life Fitness cardio including , ellipticals, arc trainer, upright and recumbent bikes at the new Department of Recreation and Human Services “R-Training Center”. The R-Training Center is a state of the art indoor facility featuring both turf and court sports. The building also features batting tunnel, running track, cardio room with state of the art equipment, , and a visual training classroom. This is the first indoor training center of its kind within the city limits and serving Rochester youth!
