Our goal is to give back not only by making our patients feel better, but by also making our communities better. Our teammates enjoy living and working in the communities we care for. Services We Provide

ChoiceOne offers treatment for a wide range of common injuries and illnesses for adults and children over 12 months of age. Our clinical teams see patients seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., including most holidays.
