The Buford Christmas Parade is from 9:00-10:00 am tomorrow (Sat 12/6). Some roads will be blocked off and the parade starts at Tannery Row! So, if you are coming to a class tomorrow morning, please allow yourself extra time to get to the studio!

Meet our newest Teacher Jessica Gilreath!

Jessica Gilreath is an eclectic collector of knowledge and experience with a deep passion for personal growth and mindful movement. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Counseling and certification in Addiction Counseling, Jessica brings a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to her teaching.

She has been rooted in the wellness field since 2010, is classically trained in Pilates since 2011, and holds both 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training certifications (RYT 500). Her classes blend mindful flow, functional strength, and introspection—inviting students to explore their edges, cultivate awareness, and transcend self-imposed limitations.

Jessica leads by example through self-inquiry, community service, and a heart-centered mindset grounded in compassion and authenticity. She is going to be teaching Yoga (including Aerial Yoga) on Wednesdays and Thursdays at ToLife! We hope you join her for a class soon!
