✨Meet our Bullhead City Community Liaison✨

Lisa Webb:

Born and raised in Bullhead City, I care deeply about serving the community that shaped me. As a Community Liaison with Family Care Home Health and Hospice, I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside patients and families, offering compassion, connection, and a steady, understanding presence.

With one year of dedicated hospice experience, I’ve learned that the most meaningful support often comes from simply showing up with an open heart. Patient advocacy is my passion, and I’m committed to making sure every family feels heard, valued, and truly cared for during their journey.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two wonderful young boys who inspire me daily to lead with kindness, patience, and purpose. They remind me why giving back to my hometown matters so much.

At the heart of my work is a simple mission: to bring warmth, dignity, and genuine human connection to the people of this community I proudly call home

Being trusted with life’s most important moments is an honor we never take lightly.

🛒 Community Food Drive – Help Our Neighbors in Need! ❤️

Due to recent SNAP benefit cuts effective November 1st, many local families are struggling to put food on the table. Let’s come together as a community to make sure no one goes hungry.

📍 Drop-off Location:
Family Care Home Health & Hospice
2440 Adobe Rd, Bullhead City, AZ 86442
🕗 Hours:
Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
You can also coordinate directly with our Community Liaison, Lisa Webb at 928-788-8269.

🧺 Most Needed Items:
• Canned goods (soups, veggies, fruits, meats)
• Peanut butter, pasta, rice, and cereal
• Shelf-stable milk & baby food

Every donation—big or small—makes a difference. Together, we can ensure our neighbors don’t go without this holiday season. 💛
