6 months of TMJ pain + ringing in her ears.
One visit focused on her jaw, neck, and posture, immediate relief. The ringing stopped.

Not all tinnitus is the same,
but when it’s coming from jaw tension and neck mechanics,
addressing the root can change everything.

Healing takes takes time, it’s not always one and done.

She’s been running on little sleep and worked matcha all day at our event ☕️
Her body was holding it all.

After the adjustment, her nervous system finally relaxed, and she got the deep sleep she’d been missing.
Sometimes your body just needs permission to let go.

finally came in after all these years!

She came in after a snowboarding accident…
but the real culprit was an old whiplash injury from years ago that never fully healed.

Neck pain. Low back pain. TMJ tension.
All connected.

When injuries don’t fully resolve, the body compensates, until it can’t anymore.
Today was about restoring motion, calming the nervous system, and finally letting her body start healing the right way.

This is what real recovery looks like.

She took a hard snowboarding fall…
and the tailbone pain just wouldn’t go away ❄️🏂

Sitting hurt. Getting up hurt.
And no matter how much time passed, it wasn’t healing on its own.

After a few visits, we focused on:
• Pelvic alignment
• Spine mechanics
• Direct tailbone (coccyx) work

Once her pelvis and spine were moving properly, the tailbone finally had a chance to calm down, and she started getting real relief 🙌

👉 Important truth:
Some tailbones heal fast.
Some take time.

It all depends on:
• How hard the injury was
• How the pelvis healed afterward
• Individual anatomy (everyone’s coccyx is different)

Pain sticking around doesn’t mean you’re “broken,” it usually means something isn’t moving or loading correctly.

Healing isn’t always instant, but when you address the root cause, the body knows what to do. ✨

Giving my sister TMJ pain & headache relief

TMJ + headaches often go together, and here’s why 👇

The jaw (TMJ), neck, and head all share muscles, nerves, and tension patterns.
When the jaw is tight or misaligned—often from clenching, grinding, stress, posture, or past whiplash, it can overload the muscles that wrap around the temples, ears, and base of the skull.

That tension can trigger:
• Headaches
• Temple pressure
• Ear pain or fullness
• Jaw clicking or soreness

By releasing the TMJ and surrounding muscles, we reduce abnormal tension, improve joint motion, and calm the nervous system, often leading to less head pressure and fewer headaches.

The jaw isn’t isolated.
When you address the source, the symptoms can finally settle.
