Review your tracking from the month. What improved? What needs attention in May?

Everybody wants the transformation.
Better posture. Better sleep. Less pain. More energy.

But almost nobody is consistent with the small things that actually create it.

The truth?
It’s not some crazy secret.

It’s:

* Showing up even when you don’t feel like it
* Fixing your posture daily
* Taking care of your body consistently
* Doing the “boring” work

That’s the 1%.

It’s not flashy.
It doesn’t go viral.
But it compounds.

Every patient who gets real results?
They commit to the small daily inputs.

No shortcuts. No hacks. Just consistency.

What’s your 1% this week? 👇

Bringing the pain to relieve her pain!
I’m releasing her tense trigger points in her shoulder. These often are brought on by poor posture, emotional thoughts, & chest breathing.
What causes your shoulders to get tense?

He took one fall ice skating… and couldn’t sit the same after.

This is classic coccyx (tailbone) trauma. When you land directly on it, the joint can get irritated, misaligned, and the surrounding muscles start guarding to protect the area. That’s why sitting, bending, or even getting up feels sharp and uncomfortable.

In this case, we focused on:
• Reducing pressure through the sacrum + coccyx
• Restoring movement without forcing it
• Calming the surrounding muscle tension

Important: healing doesn’t happen in one visit. The goal is to restore movement, reduce irritation, and let the body stabilize over time.

If you’ve ever had tailbone pain that just won’t go away… there’s usually a reason.

Save this if you’ve taken a fall like this before.

20 Years Of Tail Bone Pain From A Cheerleading Fall 😰

In this video, I’m demonstrating a noninvasive alternative for tailbone pain relief. This method involves adjusting the tailbone externally, targeting the connected ligaments, providing a gentler approach to addressing discomfort and misalignment.

If you are experiencing severe tail bone pain & nothing seems to be working you may need to consider an internal coccyx adjustments

If you’re not familiar with the concept of internal coccyx adjustment, it involves a patient lying face down while the practitioner uses their fingers to gently adjust the coccyx from within, correcting a misaligned tailbone. This procedure is relatively rare for most chiropractors to perform and is typically considered for individuals with persistent and severe tailbone issues that haven’t responded to conventional treatments. In my office I perform internally or externally depending on the patients tail bone history & severity.

Most people think every chiropractic adjustment has to “crack”…
but that’s not how it works.

The coccyx (tailbone) is a small but important structure that connects into your pelvis, ligaments, and muscles that affect how you sit, move, and even stabilize your spine.

When it’s misaligned, people can feel:
• Pain when sitting
• Tension through the low back or hips
• Compensation patterns when walking or training

In this case, I’m using a drop table technique — a controlled, gentle method that uses the table’s movement to assist the adjustment.

👉 No aggressive twisting
👉 No forced cracking
👉 Just precision and timing

The goal isn’t the sound.
The goal is better alignment, less irritation, and improved function over time.

If you’ve been dealing with tailbone pain, there’s usually more going on than you think.

Save this if you didn’t know adjustments could be this specific.

Most people think better sleep means sleeping longer.

It doesn’t.

Sometimes it’s as simple as falling asleep 15 minutes faster.

That one shift tells us your nervous system is more regulated →
You drop into deeper sleep sooner →
You recover more in the same amount of time.

Better sleep doesn’t just mean feeling rested.
It affects your energy, focus, pain levels, and performance the next day.

We focus on small, measurable improvements like this because they compound.

You don’t need a complete overhaul.
You need the right inputs, applied consistently.

That’s where the real change happens.

She didn’t change her training.
She changed how her body was functioning.

Former Olympian. Gym owner of Slay. Still training hard, but doing it in pain.

Neck tension. Forward head posture. Constant tightness limiting how she moved, lifted, and recovered.

After getting adjusted, she noticed something immediately:
less tension, smoother movement… and she could actually push her workouts again without that same pain holding her back.

That’s the part people miss.

It’s not always about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about removing what’s interfering with your performance.

Your spine isn’t just structure, it’s how your body communicates, stabilizes, and performs under load.

Fix the interference → better movement → better output.

If you’re training hard but still dealing with pain, tightness, or feeling “off”…
your body might not be the problem, your structure might be.

Backstory:
For the past twenty years, she has endured TMJ (temporomandibular joint) pain resulting from nocturnal teeth clenching. Upon awakening, she consistently experiences intensified TMJ discomfort and considerable ear pressure.

Upon careful examination of her jaw, it was evident that the masticatory muscles were notably tense, exerting significant pressure on her ears, particularly during jaw movement. Through a specialized procedure, I addressed these concerns by releasing muscle tension, facilitating realignment of her jaw, and mitigating scar tissue formation. Additionally, laser therapy was employed for expedited healing and to enhance the structural stability of her jaw, complemented by adjustments to the neck region.
