plain Greek yogurt
green onions

bake potato at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

jalapeño popper bagels🥯 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
tbsp chopped jalapeños
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
salt to taste

airfry at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 minutes or bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and enjoy!:)

cheeseburger hot pocket🔥🍔 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder

burger:
3oz ground beef
salt & pepper
1 slice cheddar cheese

toppings:
cheddar cheese
dill pickles
red onion(sliced thin)
tomato

burger sauce:
tbsp ketchup
1-2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp mayo
chopped pickles

assemble and place in a heated pan with avocado oil. cook on each side covering in between to help speed up the cooking process. once fully cooked and crispy, enjoy!:)

ingredients
10 crushed oreos
2 tbsp cream cheese
chocapic cereal
powder sugar

refrigerate for about an hour and enjoy!:)

cadbury egg cottage cheesecake!🐣🌈 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup plain greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup cornstarch
tsp vanilla
natural food coloring(red,blue, and yellow)

toppings:
dark chocolate
cadbury eggs
whipped cream

instructions:
freeze 1 layer at a time. once cake is completely frozen, bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. just until the cake is cooked through(I had to add extra time bc it was frozen). let rest on the counter for 30 minutes. refrigerate for at least 2 hours. add toppings and enjoy!:)

carrot cake banana muffins!🍌🥕 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
2 overripe bananas
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1.5 flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
tsp vanilla
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
tsp cinnamon
tsp ground ginger
tsp ground nutmeg
pinch of salt
1/3 cup raisins(optional)

bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!:) feel free to add a simple cream cheese frosting on top. I make mine with just cream cheese, vanilla, and honey.

ingredients:
1 medium sweet potato
1/4 cup almond butter
tsp ground nutmeg
tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
white chocolate chips

cream cheese frosting:
1/4 cup cream cheese
tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. let cool completely. top with icing, a gingerbread cookie, and enjoy!:)

blueberry lemon donuts!🫐🍋 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2-2.5 cups flour
tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup
dash of salt
avocado oil(for frying)

icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp water

fry donuts until golden. dip in icing. let sit for about 10 minutes until glaze hardens and enjoy!:)

dubai chocolate cheesecake!🍫 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 egg
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup kataifi
2 tbsp pistachio cream
1/2 tbsp tahini
melted dark chocolate
whipped cream

bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. refrigerate for at least 2 hours & enjoy!:)

edamame tuna wrap!🔥🫛 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
edamame
shredded cheese

bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until cheese is crispy.

toppings:
tuna salad
avocado
carrot ribbons
arugula
green onions

tuna salad recipe:
1 can white albacore tuna
tbsp mayo
tsp sriracha
tsp soy sauce
tsp ginger paste
1-2 tsp rice vinegar

assemble wrap and enjoy!:)

ingredients:
chicken thighs
garlic powder
onion powder
lemon pepper

tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion(chopped)
3 garlic cloves(minced)
1 cup orzo
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream(if your belly can handle it)
