salmon crispy rice salad!🔥🥗 details below👇🏻

marinade ingredients:
salmon(cubed)
sesame oil
rice vinegar
garlic powder
onion powder
ginger paste
honey
soy sauce
sesame seeds

airfry salmon at 370 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

crispy rice ingredients:
day old jasmine rice
soy sauce
sesame oil
sesame seeds
olive oil cooking spray

bake rice at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

salad ingredients:
cucumber(sliced thin)
red bell pepper
carrot ribbons
edamame
avocado
green onions
salmon
crispy rice

dressing ingredients:
1-2 tbsp mayo
1/2 tbsp sriracha
tbsp rice vinegar
drop of sesame oil
tbsp soy sauce
tsp honey

assemble salad, drizzle dressing on top & enjoy!:)

chocolate covered strawberry donuts!🍓🍫 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 medium sweet potato
1/2 cup all purpose flour
tsp baking powder
tbsp coconut sugar
tsp vanilla
dash of salt
avocado oil(for frying)

topping/filling:
strawberry jam(mine is homemade with just strawberries and honey)
melted dark chocolate
sprinkles(optional)

chocolate raspberry cheesecake!🍓🍫 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 tbsp corn starch
tbsp cacao powder
tsp vanilla extract

bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes. let cool for 30 minutes. refrigerate for at least 2 hours. top with melted dark chocolate, raspberries, and whipped cream. & enjoy!:)

crispy rice sesame chicken wrap?!🔥 details below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 nori sheet
white rice(seasoned with soy sauce & rice vinegar)
avocado oil spray

airfry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

filling:
sriracha bitchin sauce
shredded sesame chicken
avocado slices
carrot ribbon salad
sautéed mushrooms
pickled onions
red bell pepper
green onions

sesame chicken instructions:

marinate chicken tenderloins in sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. then airfry at 360 degrees for 9 minutes. I used a hand held mixer to shred the chicken.

assemble wrap with all the nutritious goodness and enjoy!!:)

cottage cheesecake!🍓🍰 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1/4 cup corn starch
tsp vanilla extract
berries of choice(optional)

bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes. let cool on the counter for 30 minutes. refrigerate for at least 2 hours and enjoy with a nice dollop of whipped cream!:)

finally tried stuffed onions/dolma for the first time. it did not disappoint!🔥

ingredients:
3 yellow onions
1 pack of lean ground beef
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1-2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp minced garlic
tsp onion powder
tsp garlic powder
tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup rinsed uncooked rice

tomato broth:
3 cups water
1/2 cup diced tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cubes of beef bouillon
*boil then blend with an immersion blender until smooth*

bake covered with tinfoil at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Broil uncovered for 5-10 minutes. Top with fresh parsely and enjoy!:)

Ingredients:
1 cup quaker oats (blended)
1 banana
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter(melted)
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
dark chocolate chips

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!

ingredients:
1 medium sized purple sweet potato
1 cup of all purpose flour
tsp baking soda
tsp cinnamon
tbsp honey
3 tbsp melted butter

filling:
2 tbsp melted butter
2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
tbsp cinnamon

topping:
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 strawberries(puré)
tbsp honey
tsp vanilla extract

easy 5 layer nacho dip🔥 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 pack of ground turkey
tsp garlic powder
tsp onion powder
1 taco seasoning packet
1 can of refried beans
1 jar of salsa(about 1 cup)
3/4-1 cup of sourcream
shredded Mexican cheese(as much as your heart desires!)
black olives(sliced)
green olives(sliced)

broil in oven at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips! this can also be served over rice or inside a quesadilla🤤
