One of my favorites is Rainbow Meditation. 🌟 This simple yet powerful technique helps align your chakras, balance your emotions, and deepen your inner peace. Here’s how to get started:

What is Rainbow Meditation?

Rainbow Meditation is a visualization practice where you imagine a beautiful rainbow of colors flowing through your body. Each color corresponds to a chakra, the energy centers in your body. By focusing on these colors, you invite balance, healing, and positive energy into your life.

How to Practice Rainbow Meditation

I’ll be honest—there was a time when I didn’t fully understand Reiki or energy work at all. I thought, “How can something I can’t even see make a difference?” But after experiencing Reiki for myself, I’m a true believer! 💜

If you’re wondering what Reiki really is, let me share a bit of my journey with you. Reiki is a form of energy healing that focuses on restoring balance and harmony in your body, mind, and emotions. It works with the energy we naturally have—kind of like how good vibes in a room make you feel better without explanation! During a session, I guide that energy to where it’s needed most in your body, helping you release tension, find clarity, and recharge. 🌿✨

When I first tried it, I didn’t expect much. But I walked away feeling calmer, more grounded, and even had better sleep. It was like my body hit “reset” in the best way possible.
