Mary Hill is an intuitive artist, emotional alchemist and transformational guide.

Her work is centered around freedom emotional liberation and reclaiming your voice.

To start this two hour workshop, Caroline will guide us through a simple lymphatic flow. We will explore means to work with the lymph in an energetic sense.

Mary will then lead us in creating unique designs, using simple repurposed circle mats that she will provide. We will tap into our own creative flow using paints, stencils and more.

Come play and learn from the artist herself. See what happens when you get out of your thinking brain and into your body. Hint: it’s magic.
