Hi everyone,
Just giving a friendly reminder that packages are arriving later than expected due to weather and holidays. Everyones packages have made it to the Des Moines distribution center but some have been there for a few days without moving from that location.
Please be assured that your packages have been sent out and they will arrive to you hopefully sooner rather than later. Unfortunately I have no control of the packages once they have been sent out, but I am keeping track of everything to ensure they are going where they are supposed to. None of the packages have listed updated delivery dates due to their delay but you will be updated personally once they put in an updated arrival date.
Thank you for your patience and support. If you are not wanting to wait, I will be happy to provide you with a refund and email you a label to ship back the product. However please note that due to this being out of my control, your refund will be adjusted to cover the cost of the label for the return.
