Biblical Mamas Pregnancy, Childbirth, & Motherhood Education Online Childbirth Classes, Birth Planning, Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, Motherhood Education Two years after joining the hospital, I became a wife and a mother.

During high school and college I served as a preschool teacher and loved my work. Because of my love for children, I focused my undergraduate studies on psychology and nutrition. I also earned a Certified Nurse’s Aide license and began working at the local hospital. I am a medically minded person and learned a tremendous amount working in every area of the hospital, including a life changing ride along with the flight crew. While working in labor and delivery, I couldn't help but notice the way laboring women were often unprepared for birthing and therefore easily persuaded to accept medical advice that, with some preparation, they may have otherwise rejected. It was then that I realized my professional purpose would be helping women during that wonderful, yet sometimes challenging, time of their lives—birth. After a very emotional miscarriage I finally became pregnant again but was told by my doctor that I would miscarry this child as well. The doctor encouraged me to take an abortion inducing drug, but I refused and two weeks later we found the heartbeat that could not previous be heard. Dissatisfied with my doctor, I began to research midwifery and my birthing options. I decided to hire a midwife for a home birth. Paisley is now a beautiful and vibrant little girl who is the light of my life. In the years since, I have studied and worked to be a midwife. I have attended several births and worked with a midwife. With my second child, I had “HypnoBirthing” under my belt and had a beautiful, 6 hour birth at my midwives birth center. Assisting mothers with their birthing experience is my passion and I am so excited to teach women what I have learned through my experience and utilized in my own births. Through my work in the birthing community, I heard about HypnoBirthing, and after birthing Paisley, whose birth went beautifully but seemed to be missing something, I thought HypnoBirthing seemed like the perfect fit the second time around. I loved their philosophy. After experiencing the difference between a birth without HypnoBirthing and one with HypnoBirthing, I strongly felt I needed to share this information with other women. While I do not believe there is one right way to birth a child, I am certain HypnoBirthing can work for many mothers. Every woman is different emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Therefore, their births will be different. My focus is on ensuring expectant mothers are educated on the range of choices they will have to make during this vital time. Think about it, we regularly study for even the most insignificant test, but we sometimes allow the craziness of pregnancy to leave us unprepared for the actual process of giving birth. Decisions you make during your birthing can have long term consequences for you and your baby. Informed consent is how woman keep their power during this emotional and stressful time. Colorado was so fun! We didn't try to go see everything because my husband and I have already been to all the spots and it was just so relaxing to do nothing and just be in nature. Even if you are in a big city make sure to go ground yourself in some nature today. A park, your backyard, hiking south mountain if you are in Phoenix... wherever... just go be in nature. Renew your soul. There is too much stress and fear in the world right now. It's FUN FRIDAY!

Oh man change is so bittersweet! The house is officially up for sale. We gave it a few days on the road to make sure we wanted this life and now going back is officially OFF the table😱. So many precious memories are made in the places we live and that is hardest part of changing homes. I feel like I am saying goodbye to those memories. Thank God for pictures and videos now days. My memory is so bad I would completely forget without them. Anyone else struggle with MOMBRAIN? Anyone looking for a house under 350k? 🥰 Shoot me a DM!

I know all we ever hear is to "wear the mask if you care about others" but there are not enough people sharing their struggles with wearing the mask because they fear the backlash of people berating them for not wanting to wear it. I see trolls telling these people to "suck it up" and wear it anyway. What happened to empathy and respect for ALL... not empathy and respect for only those who do what we say. So my story... When I was 19 a man put his hand over my mouth to silence me while holding me down and attempted to r**e me. I was so fortunate to have escaped but even to this day feeling the mask on my face gives me PTSD of that night. It makes my body react. I feel anxiety, my heart starts racing, I feel like everybody is out to get me and going to attack me at any moment. It is so stressful. Last night I even had a dream of that night happening again and the fight I had to put up and how scared I was. Then... days like yesterday happen. As much as I hate Walmart I had to go in to get something for the RV and going from Phoenix desert to Colorado Springs elevation is no joke. As I became completely breathless pushing a heavy cart of water around the store, being only one other person on this isle, I had to pull my mask down to breathe and the lady all the way at the other end came charging at me and rudely barked "you need to wear your mask". I told her I can't breathe. She snapped "none of us can. It doesn't matter". That was not the end of that conversation trust me but this logic makes no f-ing sense. We are pushing the narrative of protecting others by wearing something but when it is hurting someone right in front of us we berate them instead of help. Wake up Walmart Lady!! Thanks for giving me a PTSD terror dream. You win! Bully! Is that what you wanted? Is that who you ARE? That's absolutely not who I am. You guys are safe with me. I won't attack you if you pull your mask down out of breath. I'll ask "hey, are you ok?" And hold you up if you need because Jesus said we should love first.

We are in our first RV park on a mountain near Colorado Springs. We have been around more people than usual so I'm supporting my family's immune systems by supplementing these two important vitamins, D-3 and C. So many people can benefit from taking these. Link in my bio. What do you take to support your immune system?

I LOVE doing homeschool outside! And I love this book Nature Anatomy! We are in the mountains in Colorado right now and the kids couldn't be happier to be in the woods. We love this campground we are at. Its beautiful here😍 I'll be posting more views on my stories. Make sure to follow to watch this crazy adventure! Exploring nature draws us so much closer to God. I feel like the more I see of nature the more in awe of God I am. His power and mind is displayed in creation. I love watching creation documentaries to hear the incredible scientific evidence we now have proving the creation model.

Such a fun stop along the way from Albuquerque to Colorado! This is Pueblo Mission National Monument where the Spanish came and enslaved the Native Americans to build a huge church. The natives then revolted and burned it down. 12 years later the Spanish came back and built a smaller church(this one you see). What incredible history. All I know is... times before modernity were brutal and my God FREES not ENSLAVES.

We left Phoenix yesterday! Didn't get very far 🤣 but we stopped at a vineyard in Willcox, Az and it was AMAZING! You guys have got to take a day trip and come down here! has such a beautiful location with a huge open air barn overlooking the vines and mountains. We pulled in kinda late and the owners were so kind to stay open late for me to do a private wine tasting. We got to chat and they have such a great story. They used to live in Phoenix and were busy real estate professionals and up and decided they wanted a more simple life in the country just like we have! God completely worked that out for us to stay there and meet them. I loved chatting about growing gr**es and wish I could have learned more about wine making but it was getting late. The kids had a blast playing with their animals and on the huge patio area. Seriously mamas, bring the kids and day trip. Also... the weather is much cooler there. Haha! It was a beautiful night. Thanks so much to you guys are majorly impressive and fun to talk to.

I didn't realize how attached to my plant babies I was until I had to find them new homes😭 This was one of ten house plants we had. I was especially sad to leave my giant herb garden so I propagated my favorite herbs to take with us!🌱 SWIPE to see my herb babies on the motorhome table... that's the best light right now but I have to move them for the littles to sleep on the table at night so need a new spot.

We are taking her for a joy ride. Drive it like you stole it right?🤣 I wish... this thing is soooooo slow.... haha. I will have to get used to that. I like driving fast. My husband was a heavy equipment operator back in his young days hehe so he is quite good at this. We are about 80% packed in the motorhome. We had to fill one whole Uhaul pod(they will ship it to wherever we end up landing for good) and still have a whole garage of stuff to be donated. It is INCREDIBLE how much stuff we have acquired😱😱😱 That is exactly why I wanted this We got way too focused on buying STUFF and making a living, and forgot to actually go live life. Life will now be about family time and experiences rather than STUFF.
